Jump’In Hattiesburg

Jump’In Hattiesburg

Kips Gymnasium has been a staple in the Hattiesburg area for years.  In 1996, even the U.S. Olympic team trained in the building, since it was a state of the art facility at that time. However after more than two decades, the gymnasium has changed hands of several owners, and the building had not been properly cared for over the years. As the building was at its lowest point, Jump’In Gymnasium saw a perfect opportunity, and purchased the building with plans to bring it back to life.  The 9,000 square foot building was completely renovated including a new foam carpet flooring, new mechanical systems, and new paint immediately that changed the entire look of the facility. In the overlook area for parents to watch their children perform, new flooring was installed, and the reception area was fitted out with new cabinetry.  Thanks to this renovation, a dying gymnasium has transformed into a fun and bright facility, open for future generations to “Jump In!”
