EARL TRAVILLION ATTENDANCE CENTER

Colony Construction will be completing the addition and renovation to the existing elementary school gym. Phase One is the new additions that include new girl’s and boy’s locker rooms, visitor locker rooms, equipment room, office space, and restrooms. Phase Two is the renovation portion that includes demolition of existing CMU walls and MEP equipment, installation of new CMU walls, new restrooms, concessions, and equipment rooms. Construction consists of CMU walls with structural steel trusses and metal decking, modified bit roofing, brick façade, resinous flooring, ACT ceilings, HM doors and frames, aluminum storefront windows and interior CMU walls.
